Analysis on Impact of Poor Real Estate Infrastructure on the per Capital Income of a Citizen during Post-Convid 19 in Umuahia, Abia State

Abstract :

The primary goal of this study is to examine the effect of poor or lack of real estate infrastructure during the post- corona- virus pandemic period and how it has affected the per capital income of the citizenry in the study area, owing to fact that all business transaction was at a stand-still. The study was conducted in the south east geopolitical region of Nigeria using Umuahia the capital of Abia state as a case study. This study uses combine approach between quantitative analysis (mainstream) and qualitative analysis (non-mainstream).Data which were analyzed using Relevant Important Index (IRR), basic target, cycle matrix and pyramiddiagram. The result showed the degree to which poor or lack of real estate infrastructure has effect on the per capital income of the citizenry in the study area. Furthermore, the study adopted some model on real estate infrastructure in a modern society.
