Human Resource Management has gradually evolved with the advancement of digital technologies, enabling organizations to adopt modern HR practices that improve efficiency, communication, and employee support. The increasing adoption of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, workforce analytics, automation, and digital platforms has encouraged organizations to modernize traditional HR functions and create more efficient employee management systems. Cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors have emerged as important examples of digital HR technologies that support recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee self-service, workforce planning, and HR analytics. Digital transformation has brought significant changes to Human Resource Management by integrating technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and workforce analytics into HR practices. These technologies support efficient HR operations, improve employee experience, and enable datadriven decision-making. Cloud-based Human Capital Management platforms, such as SAP SuccessFactors, serve as examples of digital HR technologies used in modern workplaces. This study examines digital transformation in Human Resource Management among HR professionals by exploring their perceptions of HR digitalization and digital HR practices.
