This has increased the global dissemination of information.Electronic resources are easily accessible in the remote areas.Such kind of digital information is available in library and information centers or libraries or digital or knowledge libraries in anywhere in the world. The library is regarded as the ‘nerve centre of knowledge’, the centre of intellectual life and the heart and soul of the academic institution. This means that discoveries are actually made in the library and subsequently tested in the laboratory.
