📝 Abstract
Employee well-being and work–life balance have emerged as critical determinants of organizational performance and workforce satisfaction. This study explores the wellness initiatives and balance-oriented practices implemented at Pie Machines Pvt. Ltd., emphasizing employees’ perspectives on physical health, psychological resilience, workplace support, and the integration of professional and personal roles. The results indicate that structured wellness programs and supportive organizational measures significantly enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall productivity.
