📝 Abstract
This qualitative study explored the experiences of students who utilized AI software applications in their academic journey within the educational landscape of Eastern Samar State University in Guiuan, Eastern Samar. Using narrative inquiry and semi-structured interviews with nine (9) purposively selected students, the research generated primary themes related to student engagement with AI tools in learning, the difficulties students encountered with AI tools, and students’ strategies for adapting to digital learning tools. The results showed a range of skills, insights, and ethical concerns as students engaged with AI in educational landscape.
