π Abstract
A centrifugal blower is a dynamic air-moving device that utilizes a rotating impeller to draw air axially and discharge it radially at a 90Β° angle. This project focuses on the fundamental design principles and fabrication process of a centrifugal air blower, culminating in the development of an experimental test rig. The primary objective is to evaluate the blowerβs performance, determine its efficiency, and analyze its characteristic performance curves under various operating conditions. The construction process involves addressing key engineering challenges, with careful attention to component selection, material considerations, and assembly techniques. This study presents a comprehensive overview of the technical parameters influencing blower performance, providing valuable insights for both academic research and industrial applications.
