International Journal of Scientific Research and Engineering Development

The gig economy has significantly expanded employment opportunities through digital platforms, especially in the food and grocery delivery sector. However, delivery gig workers often experience challenges related to communication, recognition, organizational support, and inclusion. This study examines employee inclusion among delivery gig workers in Ballari using a descriptive research design. Primary data were collected from 109 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The findings indicate that many workers perceive a moderate level of inclusion and express the need for greater organizational support. The study highlights the importance of inclusive HR practices in improving job satisfaction, engagement, and worker well-being.
