SAP Joule introduces a generative AI copilot experience across SAP applications and enterprise workflows. Successful enterprise adoption requires more than technical enablement because organizations must align business use cases, process ownership, data readiness, identity, security, Responsible AI, change management, and measurable value. This paper proposes a SAP Joule Enterprise Adoption Framework that guides organizations from strategy and use-case prioritization through architecture, integration, governance, pilot execution, scale-out, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The framework positions SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP AI Core, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud Identity Services as supporting capabilities for secure and contextual AI adoption. It also defines adoption stages, decision rights, human oversight, value metrics, and operational controls. The proposed approach enables enterprises to scale SAP Joule in a disciplined manner while improving employee productivity, process quality, user experience, and trust.
